3 slices of white bread - cut into large pieces
14 fl oz can of sweetened condensed milk
12 fl oz can of evaporated milk
 250 ml heavy cream
1 ripe mangoes - cut into 1/4" cubes
1 ripe mango - peeled and cored

1

In a blender, combine peeled and cored mango, and all other ingredients and blend.

2

Add 1/4" cubed ripe mango with blended mixture and combine with a spoon.

3

Pour in kulfi or popsicle molds. Make sure the mango pieces don’t settle at the bottom of the blender by continuing to mix as pouring. Close the molds and freeze until fully frozen.

4

To serve, slide out of the mold by running under water for 5 to 10 seconds. Slide kulfi out onto individual serving bowls. Cut ¾” thick slices at an angle for presentation.
