
Kulfi is a quick and easy traditional Indian ice cream flavored with saffron and a variety of nuts (optional) and prepared in cone-shaped kulfi or popsicle molds - with or without sticks.

In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed and nuts are chopped.
Pour in kulfi or popsicle molds. Make sure the nuts don’t settle at the bottom of the blender by continuing to mix as pouring. Close the molds and freeze until fully frozen.
To serve, slide out of the mold by running under water for 5 to 10 seconds. Slide kulfi out onto individual serving bowls. Cut ¾” thick slices at an angle for presentation.
