This tomato and red onion yogurt (raita) is refreshing and light. Serve as a side with spicier meals.

 1 cup plain yogurt - whipped and thinned with milk or water as needed
 ½ cup tomato - chopped
 ¼ cup red onion - peeled and chopped
 1 tbsp fresh cilantro (dhania) - washed and chopped
 ¼ tsp salt, or to taste
  tsp red chile powder (lal mirch)
 ¼ tsp roasted cumin powder (zeera)

Mix all the above ingredients, cover and refrigerate till ready to serve.
