Opo Squash/Calabash Yogurt (Lauki Raita)

This lauki raita is made from opo squash/calabash and spiced plain yogurt.

 1 cup plain yogurt - whipped only (do not thin)
 ½ cup opo squash/calabash (lauki) - Peeled, wash and coarsely grated
 ¼ tsp salt, or to taste
  tsp red chile powder (lal mirch)
 ¼ tsp roasted cumin powder (zeera)

Microwave opo squash (lauki) in a covered bowl for 3-4 minutes. Cool down.

Mix all the above ingredients, cover and refrigerate till ready to serve.
