This super easy chicken marsala is made with lightly breaded chicken cutlets braised with wine, sherry, and baby bella mushrooms.
Coating
¼ cup all-purpose flour for coating
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground pepper
Main Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken - breast halves pounded 1/4" thick or 8 pre-cut chicken cutlets
4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 cup sliced baby bella mushrooms, add additional to your liking
½ cup Marsala wine
¼ cup cooking sherry

Mix together coating ingredients. Coat chicken in mixture.

In a large skillet, melt butter and olive oil. Over medium heat, lightly brown coated chicken on both sides.

Add mushrooms, wine, and sherry and cover.

Simmer for 10 minutes, turning chicken once.

Cook until no longer pink and juices run clear.
