16 oz (two 8 oz. packages) cream cheese, softened
¼ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup lime juice
1 tbsp ground clate or ground red cayenne pepper
1 tbsp ground cumin
½ tsp salt
ground pepper to taste
8 oz can of whole kernel corn, drained and rinsed
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 (1/4 cup) small onion, chopped

Beat all ingredients - except corn, walnuts, and onion - in a bowl on medium speed until smooth.

Stir in corn, walnuts, and onion.

Serve with crackers.
